Advertisers may delete their ads anytime by logging into their account.
Once an ad is activated, payments are non-refundable, as services are delivered immediately.
Exceptions may apply in cases of technical errors on our part.

6. Responsibility & Disclaimer

Setllar does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of user-generated content.
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from ads or profiles.
We are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
